Chapter 5- How to stop procastinating

 1 write down the thoughts that are holding me back

2 life is like with procrastination, what it could be without it

3 Reward yourself when you tackle something that you did not want to do


Divide tasks into small steps


Getting in shape/good health

With: constant negative or self-defeating thoughts, always being a little disappointed in myself

Without it: Pride, self-confidence, heck a little "superior" which I need to learn to let go off that

Reward myself today while I stay in Good health

HOw to accomplish: stop drinking wine every day, stick to that plan, how? Probably just to not drink at all for a while, and learn to have one glass, and if one glass leads to 2  then rarely drink.

Stick to my exercise plan as much as possible. 2 days one, one day rest, walk most days
