Yesterday I avoided gluten. Last night my dry mouth was worse, I have somewhat cold sweats this morning, and an Urgent early morning poop (not diarrhea) About a week ago I went a few days and also experienced what may be withdrawal. That time, my dryness was worse also, and I did have some diarrhea. After a few days I felt like my tummy was "normal", I was not gassy or bloated, it just felt different. This morning (after 24 hours) I also feel less bloated, it's actually more of how I feel slimmer, without the tummy roll instead of anything gurgling inside my belly. My nose is runnier than usual today also.
