Focus on doing all the small things well, one foot in front of the other. Do not focus on the BIG picture right now, just the task at hand. If you do the small things right, the bigger goal will come. If an obstical appears, accept it and work around it, do not fight what is.

Gluten Free- 24 hours later

 Yesterday I avoided gluten. Last night my dry mouth was worse, I have somewhat cold sweats this morning, and an Urgent early morning poop (not diarrhea)  About a week ago I went a few days and also experienced what may be withdrawal. That time, my dryness was worse also, and I did have some diarrhea. After a few days I felt like my tummy was "normal", I was not gassy or bloated, it just felt different. This morning (after 24 hours) I also feel less bloated, it's actually more of how I feel slimmer, without the tummy roll instead of anything gurgling inside my belly. My nose is runnier than usual today also.
